The content provided through Fit Trainer, including workout plans, exercise guidance, and nutritional information, is for general informational and fitness purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
Fit Trainer AI Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Fit Trainer may offer subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Fit Trainer AI Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Trainer AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
